SAL RULES

This will be a very loosely organized SAL.
--Participants may work at their own pace and choose charts in any order that suits their fancy.
--Participants may post photos at any stage in the process: WIP, Cross Stitch finish, Final finish.
--Since only retailers who attended the 2006 Indy market are authorized to distribute or kit these charts, all participants are asked to refrain from copying and/or sharing the charts with others. Those wishing to acquire the charts should inquire at their favorite LNS. I do know they are available [with an additonal purchase] as a CD-rom of all 41 charts from The Silver Needle in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
--Let's all have fun with this very generous gift from the participating designers.

Finally! My first finish

I've had the stitching done on the Candy Shop for a while but had to wait to order a button. Once it arrived, I wasn't sure where it was to go (the pattern said there was an outline for it but it seemed to be missing. I emailed LK about it but maybe they didn't understand what I was asking because I never got a response.)

The button may be a little too big (I stitched on 32 ct. instead of 28 ct.) but here it is anyway.

  1. Rita: I think it looks just wonderful, very colorful and cheerful. And I am so glad to see another post on this blog ... I am afraid I set aside my own Monsterbubbles piece for a while due to pressures of work and have only picked it up again in the past day or so. I hope to finish it by the end of the week and post a photo then.

  2. Thanks, Riona. Remember we agreed this was to be a no stress sal. I'll enjoy seeing yours whenever it's finished. :-)
